租房不愁！多伦多交叉路口租condo指南

　　在多伦多买不起房，就只能租房了。但是，在多伦多租房也不是一件容易的事情。

　　随着房价不断上涨，租房的代价也越来越高。

　　上月，房地产咨询公司Urbanation表示，多伦多租房市场的公寓均价首次突破2000。与此同时，多伦多地产局表示，在一年间，一室公寓和两室公寓的房租上涨7.2%至7.9%。

　　一般来说，地段好的地方，房租都比较贵，毕竟地理位置对房租的影响很大。但是，地理位置到底能怎样影响房租呢?

　　日前，TheRedPin根据2015年8月至2016年8月的数据对比了多伦多24个交叉路口的1室公寓和2室公寓的租价，而且给出了相关的中位价。

　　从整体来看，以下5个交叉路口的公寓确实是“贵的要死”：
