Established in 1998, Pepper Wireless is a Fido exclusive dealer with 11 convenient locations across the Lower Mainland. We are now looking for a dynamic and energetic Office Assistant to join our head office team.
Job Description
Office Assistant is expected to provide administrative support to the head office managers. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answer calls routed to the head office and transfer to appropriate staff member, sign for and distribute delivered packages, and coordinate inventory receiving, transferring, and management
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, emailing, reviewing, and editing of documents, filing and record keeping
- Assist in accounting reports and matching receiving documentation to invoices
- Coordinate internally with staff, and externally with agencies, in executing marketing campaigns, market research projects, special events and related promotional activities
- Creative development and implementation of quarterly marketing campaigns
Skills and Qualifications
- Working knowledge and experience with Adobe CS5 is required
- Completed high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic accounting and inventory management knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit: Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a must
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
