Job Title: Store Representative & Installer

Location: Richmond，BC

The successful applicant will be responsible in performing various customer service related tasks including, but not limited to:

• Helping customers to install security cameras and peripheral equipment when necessary
• Providing exceptional customer service to all of our customers
• Assisting customers by helping choose in-store products
• In-store after sales service and support
• Providing prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers while making a sale, quoting, taking orders and/or checking availability
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales expectations
• Dealing with customer issues in a timely manner
• Completing stock counting
• Other work assigned by store manager or supervisor
