ADMINISTRATOR

Dynamo Fencing Club is Canada’s largest and most successful fencing facility. This position requires a lot of different skills and abilities. You’ll be the first person that clients connect with when they visit, call, or email us, so you’ll be responsible for making all our visitors feel welcome. You will also be providing comprehensive administrative support to our team at Dynamo Fencing Club.

- Possess good organization skills and the ability to prioritize

- Take initiative and do things without being asked

- Be detail-oriented and able to work gracefully under pressure

- Have good customer service skills and be able to work independently

- A hard working team player who is eager, flexible and willing to go above and beyond

- Friendliness and confidence

WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY…

- Fluency in English. Mandarin or other language is an asset.

- Experience with Microsoft Office

- Time management skills and willingness to learn

WHAT YOU’LL BE ASKED TO DO…

- Assisting clients with scheduling their lessons

- Handling cash and credit card transactions

- Answering phone and email queries from clients

HOURS

Monday Friday: 2:00pm 8:30pm

Saturday: 9:00am 1:00pm

Wages: $18 - $25 depending on experience
