Billing/Collection Issues Status: Resolved 15/06/

We have conducted an investigation and our records indicate the file was handled within the guidelines. The phone number for the place of business was promptly removed from the file by the agent after being told not to call the number. When the agent first called the business number on file the male that answered the phone was polite and professional. He provided the phone number for the location where the customer can be reached. The agent proceed to call the number and the other male that answered the phone was **** and ************** to her. He answered the phone by saying "identify yourself" and the agent responded without any hesitation. After she asked for the customer by name he said the call was ********* and dropped the call after swearing at the agent. The call was less than 25 seconds. We trust the above is satisfactory.
