岗位介绍

现招聘一名兼职助理厨师，协助主厨完成日常厨房工作。 该岗位为一线实操岗位，适合能够适应快节奏工作环境、并愿意配合多岗位协作的应聘者。

在高峰时段，岗位内容除厨房工作外，也可能需要配合前场进行服务支持。

岗位职责

厨房相关工作

协助主厨进行菜品制作及备料工作

负责厨房清洁、整理及日常秩序维护

严格按照既定菜谱及操作流程执行

服务与运营支持

根据需要协助点单、上菜及基础顾客服务

在人手紧张时，配合会所前台或服务工作

协助进行基础库存整理与记录（具备 Excel 基础认知者优先）

任职要求

美国合法工作资格（必须）：

应聘者须具备在美国合法工作的身份资格

适应能力强：

能适应厨房及服务并行的工作节奏

沟通能力良好：

能与主厨及前场工作人员保持清晰、高效沟通

基础厨房技能：

熟悉常见商用厨房设备及厨具操作

证照要求：

华盛顿州食品安全证

酒精服务许可

About the Role

We are looking for an adaptable and reliable Assistant Chef / Kitchen Support team member to join our operation. This is a hands-on, part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and variety in their workday.

You will support the Head Chef with culinary execution while also assisting with front-of-house service when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Culinary Support

Assist the Head Chef with menu execution and food preparation

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen

Follow established recipes and kitchen procedures

Service & Operations

Occasionally take customer orders and deliver food with a friendly attitude

Assist with front-of-house service when short-staffed

Help with inventory organization and tracking (basic Excel familiarity helpful)

Requirements

U.S. Work Authorization (Required): Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment

Communication: Clear communication with the Head Chef and front-of-house team

Kitchen Skills: Familiarity with commercial cookware and kitchen tools

Licensing:

Washington State Food Safety Permit

Alcohol Server Permit

(Training, certification costs, and paid training time are covered by the company if needed)

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Experience with ForeUp or similar golf/club management software

Basic familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets for inventory support

Previous experience in a golf course, clubhouse, or hospitality kitchen
