Part-time Medical Office Assistant (MOA) needed for medical offices with both General Physicians and Specialists. EMR equipped.
Office location: Burnaby, near Patterson Skytrain area on Kingsway.
Salary: TBA, experience based.
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Ability to speak English, Mandarin fluently, Cantonese is an asset
- Ability to time manage and multi-task in a busy work environment
- Excellent communication skills: Taking massages, answering phone calls, recalling patient and making appointment
- Basic computer skills: typing speed and accuracy, MS-Office (Word, Excel)
- Reliable, flexible, courteous and professional
