咸蛋黄炒南瓜(金沙南瓜)——简单食材 意外美味

食材:
南瓜 500克
咸蛋黄 4个
鸡粉 1克
油 45ml

 

 

方法:
1. 南瓜去皮去籽后切成手指粗细的南瓜条
2. 把南瓜条装入盘中和4个咸蛋一起蒸15-20分钟至南瓜熟透
3. 把蒸熟的咸蛋浸入冷水中5分钟冷却,去壳去蛋白
4. 碾碎咸蛋黄
5. 热锅后加油45ml,炒香咸蛋黄,加鸡粉1克调味
6. 倒入蒸熟的南瓜,与咸蛋黄炒拌均匀后出锅

Pumpkin 500g
Salted egg yolk 4
Chicken broth powder 1/4 teaspoon
Oil 3 tablespoon

Method:
1. Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds, then cut into finger-size
strips
2. Place pumpkin strips in a plate and steam for 15-20mins along with
4 salted eggs untill pumpkin is cooked through
3. Soak steamed eggs into cold water for 5mins to cool down, then
peel the eggs and remove egg white
4. Smash egg yolks in a bowl with a spoon
5. Heat a pan, add oil 3 tablespoons, saute egg yolk, add 1/4
teaspoon chicken broth powder
6. Add steamed pumpkin and stir well with egg yolk, dish out.
