watched APP used auto dealer review on TV last weekend, 12 out of 18 didnt pass the inspection in Vancouver.
its funny that, all sales says minor accident, but ended up with big big junk. when the reporter shows report, they all say "im just sales", man thats so innocent.
get ur car proof all time, payig higher at private may be better as owner trade car as baby, only crappy owner will throw their "well taken cared" baby to used dealer
