Pass her/his backyard everyday too

Townhouse\'s back yard, according my experience, is common property, People can pass through and for landscape workers. However, in town house, there must be a public garbage bin for the owners to dump their garbage and its collected once or twice a week depending your strata council with the city. Your neighbor could pass through but \"NOT necessarily\" pass through \"everyday\". You could advicse (kindly) your neighbor to gather her garbage and dump it once or twice a week which you can tolerate. Tell her/him it is disturbing to pass your back yard everyday but you can tolerate her/him passing by once or twice a week. If this is not working, find an excuse(i.e. take a stroll, etc.) to pass her back yard everyday too.
