7. Access to LCP and Common Property with a Short Term Exclusive Use Arrangement
To enable the strata corporation to exercise its powers and perform its duties an
owner or tenant must allow the strata corporation reasonable access to LCP or to
common property or a common asset that is subject to a short term exclusive use
agreement.
8. User Fees For the Use of Common Property
A strata corporation may impose a user fee for the use of common property. A strata
corporation that wishes to do this must ensure that the amount of the fee is
reasonable and the fee is set out in either:
a bylaw; or
a rule that has been ratified at the first annual general meeting following the
creation of the rule.
