Experienced Marketing Admin Position

Job Responsibilities:
- Filing documents and preparing correspondence, such as emails, faxes, forms and data entries
- Issuing and collecting invoices
- Scheduling and arranging appointments
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner

- Some cold calls 
- Maintaining an organized and clean work area

Requirement:
- Have Marketing and sale experiences.
- Phone call with customers, included cold calls, appointment confirmation.
- Bilingual in English and and Mandarin is a strong asset.  
- Good communication skills
- Professional in Microsoft Office
