Customer Service Rep for Nutraceut

Express Employment Professionals, Delta/ Richmond, is hiring for two full-time Customer Support Representative for a Richmond, BC branch (near Knight Bridge & #5 Rd) of a leading health food distribution company with head office in USA. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, customer-service oriented and can communicate in Chinese, and English as they a large Chinese clientele locally. This is an evaluation hire leading into a long-term hire for the employee with good working attitude. Persons with any type of customer service attitude are welcome - could be from retail or other industries with strong communication & computer skills!

Requirements:

*Offer customer service through email, phone, or walk-in clients

* Administrative work related to customer support and product information and follow up with clients

*Occasionally physical work which will be to pick up simple/ small orders from warehouse or serve customers during events

Education and Experience

*Successful candidates must be energetic, professional, proactive, and positive

*Experience in customer service

*Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

*Able to multi-task

*Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

*Able to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks appropriately and multitask effectively

*Post-Secondary education would be an asset

*Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese (spoken/ written using pinyin is okay) and English skills - good written communication.

During normal situations, business or working days would be 5 days of the 6 business days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday - 11:00AM - 7:00PM Wednesday, Thursday - 1:00PM - 9:00PM, (only once to twice per month) Saturday - 10:00AM - 6:00PM

Starting pay is $20-22/ hour, depending on experience. Benefits: medical/ dental after probationary period. Year-end bonuses based on company profits and product discounts and free products.
