职位概述：

我们正在寻找一位充满热情并具备责任感的兼职 ELL（英语语言学习）及 IELTS 教师加入我们的学术团队。该岗位主要负责规划并教授高质量课程，帮助学生提升英语水平并备考雅思。教师将与来自不同语言和文化背景的学生紧密合作，支持他们实现学业与语言目标。

工作时间： 每周 10–15 小时，根据学生需求灵活安排课程。

主要职责：

ELL 教学

规划并教授课程，提升学生的听、说、读、写能力。

评估学生的语言水平，并在整个学期内跟踪他们的进步。

根据初级、中级和高级学生的不同水平，实施差异化教学。

营造积极包容的课堂氛围，鼓励学生勇于尝试语言表达。

必要时为学生提供语言支持，并与其他学科教师合作。

IELTS 考试准备

教授雅思学术类或培训类考试的专项课程。

帮助学生在模拟考试环境下练习，并提供详细反馈。

讲授雅思听力、阅读、写作、口语各部分的应试策略。

持续关注雅思考试形式的最新变化和教学最佳实践。

任职资格：

教育学、英语、TESOL/TEFL、应用语言学或相关专业本科及以上学历（硕士优先）。

持有 TESOL/TEFL/CELTA 或同等资格认证。

具有 2 年以上教授 ELL 学生的教学经验；具备雅思备考教学经验者优先。

具备优秀的沟通能力，能够吸引学生积极参与课堂互动。

核心能力

熟悉二语习得原理及差异化教学方法。

能够通过有针对性的反馈，帮助学生达成雅思分数目标。

熟练运用多样化的教学资源，包括数字化工具。

具备跨文化教学意识，能适应多元化学生群体。

Job Description: Part-Time ELL & IELTS Teacher Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time ELL (English Language Learning) and IELTS Teacher to join our academic team. This role involves planning and delivering high-quality lessons that help students improve their English proficiency and prepare for the IELTS exam. The teacher will work closely with students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, supporting them in achieving their academic and language goals.

Work Schedule: 10–15 hours per week, with a flexible timetable based on student needs.

Key Responsibilities ELL Instruction

Plan and deliver lessons to develop students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Assess students’ language levels and track their progress throughout the term.

Differentiate instruction to support students at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

Build a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages language risk-taking.

Provide language support and collaborate with other subject teachers when needed.

IELTS Preparation

Teach focused lessons on IELTS Academic or General Training modules.

Help students practice under test-like conditions and provide detailed feedback on their performance.

Teach strategies for each section of the IELTS test: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.

Keep up-to-date with IELTS test format changes and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, TESOL/TEFL, Applied Linguistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).

TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification or equivalent training.

2+ years of experience teaching ELL students; experience with IELTS preparation strongly preferred.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students in interactive lessons.

Core Competencies

Knowledge of second-language acquisition principles and differentiated instruction.

Skilled in guiding students toward IELTS band score goals with targeted feedback.

Comfortable using a variety of instructional resources, including digital tools.

Culturally responsive and adaptable to a diverse student population.
