1、财务管理:

- 监督日常会计业务(AP、AR、工资单、总账)。

2、团队领导:

- 协调和委派任务,以便及时、准确地进行财务活动。

3. 合规性和报告:

- 按照截止日期和准确性准备并提交纳税申报表。

- 在年度审计和税务申报期间与外部审计师合作。

4. 成本分析和预算:

- 跟踪项目成本,为建设项目提供财务分析。

- 制定和管理预算,为节省成本的措施提供指导。

5. 财务规划和预测:

- 协助制定财务计划和预测。

- 识别财务风险/机会,与高级管理层沟通。

6. 系统和流程改进:

- 评估和增强会计系统和流程以提高效率。

- 实施财务管理和会计方面的最佳实践。

7. 促进银行融资

- 做全面的财务文件(项目预算、成本估算)。

- 确保财务文件的准确性、透明度和合规性。

- 在银行调查过程中提供信息。

- 安排会议讨论建设项目并提交财务文件。

 

**资格:**

- 会计、金融或相关领域学士学位; 有注册会计师资格优先。

- 至少 2 年建筑行业管理经验。

- 深入了解会计原则、法规和财务报告。

- 强大的领导能力、注重细节和团队管理能力。

- 精通 QuickBooks 和 Microsoft Excel。

- 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力。

- 能够在快节奏、充满活力的工作环境中茁壮成长。

Luso Development Corp currently seeking an Senior Accountant to join our team in Surrey Office.

Requirements:

1. Financial Management:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger).

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with standards.

- Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and provide improvement recommendations.

2. Team Leadership:

- Coordinate and delegate tasks for timely and accurate financial activities.

3. Compliance and Reporting:

- Prepare and submit tax returns adhering to deadlines and accuracy.

- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and tax filings.

4. Cost Analysis and Budgeting:

- Track project costs, provide financial analysis for construction projects.

- Develop and manage budgets, offer guidance on cost-saving measures.

5. Financial Planning and Forecasting:

- Assist in developing financial plans and forecasts.

- Identify financial risks/opportunities, communicate to senior management.

6. System and Process Improvement:

- Assess and enhance accounting systems and processes for efficiency.

- Implement best practices in financial management and accounting.

7. Facilitate Bank financing

- Compile comprehensive financial documentation (project budgets, cost estimates).

- Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in financial documents.

- Provide information during the bank's due diligence process.

- Schedule meetings to discuss the construction project and present financial documentation.

 

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years managerial experience in the construction industry.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.

- Strong leadership, detail-oriented, and team management skills.

- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:Monday to Friday
