Job description

We are a busy medical clinic located in the central area of Richmond, offering walk-in and family practices. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented, efficient, and responsible individual who is able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience required (minimum of 2 years)
• Proficient with computers
• Fast learner
• Fluency in Chinese is highly preferred
• Strong work ethics
• Preferably with previous Medical office assistant experience but not required (training will be given)

Job description:

• Answering phone calls
• Schedule appointments through EMR
• Receive and fax documents through EMR
• Scan and upload paper copy of patient charts to database
• Maintain cleanliness around the clinic
• Other duties as required
