The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings to processing invoices, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reception area
• Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
• Coordinate ex-works Shipments
• processing invoices
• supporting the monitoring and data collection for Key Position Indicators ( KPI)
• process daily staff timesheets
• support HR and Marketing initiatives
• maintain supplies for the office areas along with shop consumable levels
• Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Full time position, Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30 , Benefits after 3 months Probation.
