We are an experience-based showroom providing high quality assistive devices, medical equipment, wellness, furniture, Bathroom & Kitchen outfitting products that can be delivered straight to customers’ doors, at reasonable pricing providing services to the Greater Vancouver Area and the rest of Canada.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide retail services for customers
• Assist with phone call or walk-in customer inquiries
• Liaise with existing suppliers; assist the team in placing the order, tracking the shipment and taking charge of post-sales services;
• Assist with expanding and growing the business and reach potential customers;
• Looking for new products / suppliers of senior essentials (for seniors);
• Manage social media (WeChat Official Account/group chat, Facebook);
• Assist with making the promotion plan and executing it;
• Assist with preparing and standardizing orientation/product training material;
• Design and edit the poster as required.   

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Can speak Mandarin;
• Excellent in written and verbal English;
• Solid computer skills and online researching skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in sales and marketing
• Detail- Oriented;
• Strong execution;
• Good at time management;
• Able to work independently;
• Have a vehicle.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in retail marketing, consumer service, home healthcare or market research;
• Mechanical, electrical, civil knowledge is an asset;
• Know how to edit pictures and make videos is an assets;
• Fluent in Cantonese is an asset.
