Beach Concessions located in West Vancouver are now recruiting FULL-TIME.

Title : Concession Staff

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests who approach the concession stand
• Take orders for food/beverages, and prepare said items
• Follow proper sanitation guidelines during food preparation and serving activities
• Ensure that condiments areas are clean and fully stocked at all times
• Perform sales transactions on cash register/debit machine, make sure that all received cash is well-accounted for and stored in a safe area
• Open and close concession stand
• Arrange inventory of supplies and communicate any needs to management
• Perform clean-up duties after each shift, and ensure that concession stand is sanitized and tidied up at all times
• Clean and maintain food preparation equipment such as grills and ovens on a regular basis
• Availability on evenings, weekends and holidays is a strong asset
• Food Safe Certification is preferred
