你说的是MSP卡吗？打电话问确定下，不过应该就是像申请新的一样再填张表申请下（里面应该要填旧卡号码的），把自己的WP或者别的证明一起寄去，希望可以有帮助！

How can I extend my MSP?
If you have MSP coverage but your CareCard is about to expire (or has recently expired), fax or send a photocopy of your new study permit to the MSP, along with a cover letter that includes the following about you:
full name
address
date of birth
CareCard number
request for extension

自己写的包含上面内容的一封信就可以了，手写or type都可以。另外，我记得毕业后转成pgwp也是这样renew的
