请问关于买保险的问题 

              我需要使用我朋友的车，但是他人在国内，车保险也是车库险，请问有什么办法可以开保险？               打过电话给icbc 他们说需要从国内寄公正委托才能办理，这样需要很长时间，也很麻烦，请问大家还有其他办法么？               我朋友自己打电话给icbc，但是他们也是说不行，但是听其他朋友说，可以找一个认识的agent帮忙开这个保险。。。。真的只能这样么？如果有人有那些比较好说话的，介绍给我，万大荣欣，也很感谢
