关于common law办美签的问题 

我和gf都是国际学生毕业，我现在是fulltime工作，但是Gf有工签没有fulltime工作，不知道可不可以把GF当dependent来办美签，有经验的请给点指示

请问楼主    办common law 要作些什么准备呢?    谢谢...............

就是说，你要交材料并证明你们是common law。same as PR common law 要具体的去CIC 查。 Typical documentation to prove common-law include 1. rental agreements and/or mortgage docs/property deeds 2. Joint utility bills 3. Joint bank accounts 4. Joint credit card accounts 5. Beneficiaries of each others wills and investments (RRSPs, etc) 6. Notarized declaration of common-law union IMM 5409 7. Letters from friends & family acknowledging the relationship 8. Travel documentation - boarding passes, hotel bookings, etc showing travel together 9. Photos of them together help also 办美签，银行存款证明就行，不用full-time job的吧。

美国没有common law的

加拿大有common law就可以了，关键只在于取信于签证官没有移民倾向。
