what's my chance? 

nowadays what's the chance of finding a girl late 20s to early 30s, honest and caring, faithful and sporty(ideally), easy to talk to, not too crazy about LV and diamond, nice to children and elderly??  not pretty girl because most of them are hard to pleased...but at least attractive to me... I am 30+, been here over 10 years, have a master degree and a decent job, decent looking and sporty...I have a car, but don't have a house yet, definitely not rich.  I am not into clubbing, I am a bit slow to warm up kind of guy, may appear a bit shy at first, tell me the truth brothers and sisters, what's my chance?  what I need to boost my chance?
