您说得对，地税水费是地方政府。
由于今天收到 Richmond 的水费单，就比较下去年交给 Richmond 的所有费用。
这跟 叫喊 “NDP 倒台！”，其实是不应该连在一起说，可能造成误会是不可推卸
的。

加拿大 三层次政府， 联邦，省份 及 地方政府，依个人意见 都是低效率的。
但其中，最严重，最严重，最直接影响到 BC 人民的日常生活的是省政府 - BC-NDP。

简要介绍
After inheriting a balanced budget from his predecessor John Horgan in 2022/23,
Eby quickly ramped up spending to new record levels, running large budget
deficits and accumulating debt at an unprecedented pace. In 2026/27, the
Eby government is set to record the largest projected budget deficit on record
at $13.3 billion. Spending continues to climb and projected total provincial
debt will double compared to 2022/23reaching $183.4 billion this fiscal
year.

This massive debt accumulation comes with real consequences for British
Columbians. Every dollar spent financing government debt is a dollar no
longer available for programs and services (e.g. health care and education)
or to make fiscal room for tax relief. In 2026/27, debt interest costs are
projected to cost $6.4 billion $1,127 per British Columbian.
