met two white bad tenants- [30] (2025-05-23 22:53:32) (0) (0)one white with 3 kids big family , approaced as airbnb then become squatter and not want to move out , after rtb and 4000 bailiff eviction . he damaged fridge and doors , another white tenant was white long term tenant . after 2 month more . he ruined by new addiciton -drug . turned the place horrible dirty . would rather empty if not good credit tenant , bad one living like dirty pig plus damage
