Glad for your respond. and that's kind of you but presently i am not staying in Canada , I am coming over from US for a project in Canada on behalf of my company and i have a reliable friend whom i can send over to meet you for the viewing of the place, she stays in Canada and once she is satisfy with the place, i will have her make a deposit of one month and security deposit after sign signing an agreement with you, this will enable you to keep the place for me till my arrival from United State. I will be staying alone.

I tried reaching out to my friend last night and this morning and i was told she traveled out of the country for urgent family issue, making it difficult for her to view the place on my behalf as i right agreed with you. I spoke with my boss this morning and we suggest you take a pictures or video clips of the place for us to review and after that we can make our final decision relating to the renting.
I will be so pleased if you could carry out this kind gesture so as to finalize this requirements that is needed to finalize the renting process.

Because of the project , some time , some of our staff will join if there is need for additional expatriate and they could spend 2 to 3 days and they will be back to the State and instead of staying in the hotel, they will put up with me.
I am sending my work id card, my international traveling passport and a letter from my company. I do not need visa to come to Canada as i am an Chinese America.
You should prepare the lease agreement with Docusign of Authensign so as to make it easier signing it electronically .
