The Granville Street eatery was shut June 9 after about 80 diners complained of illness, likely spread by a food handler infected with the virus.
After a scrubdown and the discarding of any potentially tainted foodstuffs, the restaurant reopened June 13.
A Vancouver Coastal Health<http://www.theprovince.com/news/www.vch.ca/> spokeswoman urged ill food handlers to stay home, and said restaurants should monitor staff to ensure that sick food handlers are sent home.
On Wednesday, the Craft Beer Market<http://www.theprovince.com/news/vancouver.craftbeermarket.ca> in the Olympic Village was also temporarily closed as it dealt with instances of stomach-flu-like symptoms.
Two guests who had previously dined at Craft reported their illnesses to Vancouver Coastal Health. A representative from VCH then met with a chef at Craft, and determined two staff members had reported similar symptoms on Sunday and on Tuesday.
While VCH has not issued a closure order, a temporary closure and complete sanitization were recommended.
No official cause for the Craft staff and guest illnesses have been confirmed.
An expected reopening date has not been announced yet for the Olympic Village eatery.
