 there is one couple with three kids . and white family 
husband name start as d who has criminal backgroud . no one rented them home because very bad credit 
they used lies  to delay payment and moving out date 
wife name start as k. 
they start as airbnb . after living 28 days then they become airbnb squatter and gain tenant right 
then they never want to move out and stuck there . 
if u go eviciton then they fight back . which  make u pay for everything during their fight with u as landlord . 
white landloard knew laws and not accept them with bad credit and drug related criminal backgroud 
only immigrant landlord who not know  rent law much will easily  jump into their trap
