多行不义- [116] (2022-08-29 07:50:21) (0) (0)A Realtor just got fined $150,000 by the new BC regulator. Plus a one year license suspension. Realtors in BC lost the right to self-regulate in 2016. Since then, the consequences got a lot larger. IMO, larger fines are good and will get rid of bad apples
