Scanning code of practice

這是scanning code of practice.  但是並不是所有商家都要執行此規定.  According to Consumer Protection of BC, 

"Does the Code apply to all retail outlets?
No, participation in the code is voluntary. The Code covers all scanned merchandise at participating retail outlets (a list of participants can be accessed here, near the bottom of the page). Look for this sign at store entrances or checkouts:"

只有參與了這個scanning code of practice, 才會給你這個10元的减免.  如果我沒記錯的話, 只限於同一件貨品中的第一件貨品.  就是說如果是買了兩件同一樣貨品, 第二件就沒有10元的减免.
