Foreign Buyer tax

I think the foreign buyer tax is reasonable, the property like houses and apts have many facilities such as power supply, water supply, roads and parks, Canadians contributed these natural and social resources by paying a lot of tax, while foreign buyers don’t have contribution on these, the price for foreign buyers should be higher than the price for Canadians,, Just like international student tuition in Canada and out state tuition in USA. Actually, many foreign buyer don’t really want to live in BC, Canada, they just want resell the property to get money back to home country.
