Full Time Business Support Specialist

 

Reporting to: Director, Client Relations & Operations

 

Location: Rupert Square, Vancouver

                                                                                        


The Business Support Specialist will provide support to all team members in the office. The BSS fulfills this objective by providing remarkable customer service and timely, critical support, to all members of the team and clients.

Skills & Qualities needed:

 

  • Fluent speaking & writing Mandarin. Cantonese also an asset
  • A proven track record in meeting sales and remarkable service targets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner & comfortable with technology
  • Easily adaptable to an ever changing, fast paced environment

Key Functions:

 

  • Provide sales support to FFH, outbound business and corporate clients
  • Provide process & systems support: activations, billing, troubleshooting
  • Provide remarkable customer service
  • Provide timely service & support to all clients
  • Manage Inventory programs – Counts, RMA, Repairs, DOA, Transfers, etc.
  • ePortal Account Management
  • Maintain office cleanliness and merchandising
  • Complete administrative duties as required
  • Provide general support as required including but not limited to: gathering & compiling information, coordinating internal and external resources, processing orders, etc.
  • Complete other duties/tasks as assigned
