The time of hit-and-run car accident happened around 6:00pm on Friday August the 14th 2015. The location was on Russ Baker Way under Sea Island Way heading towards Arthur Laing Bridge towards Vancouver. A dark blue/grey GMC Sierra truck intentionally slammed into the right front fender of beige Volvo XC90 using its rear left side bumper when swithing from right lane to left lane.
