ADMINISTRATOR (Gastown)

Dynamo Fencing Club is Canada’s largest and most successful fencing facility. We are seeking for a motivated, ambitious, administrator (Tue - Fri 4:00 pm-9:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9:30am-1:30pm). This is a permanent position for serious and reliable applicants only. We need someone who can perform all areas of Administrative Support.

Qualifications:

Fluent written and spoken English & Mandarin Chinese. Other languages are assets.
A team player with excellent customer service and social skills, in person, over the phone, and by email
Good with computer skills - Excel, Word google workspace app 
Detail oriented, quick learner and a results-oriented focus.
Flexible and able to multitask
