The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, organizing inventory, preparing customer orders, dispatching shipments, and operating a forklift safely and efficiently. This position plays an important role in ensuring accurate inventory management and timely deliveries.

Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.

Inspect products for damage or shortages.

Label and record incoming inventory.

Store products in designated warehouse locations.

Report discrepancies promptly.

Warehouse Operations（仓库管理）

Maintain organized inventory locations.

Pick customer orders accurately.
-
Pack products securely for shipment.
-
Keep warehouse clean and organized.

Rotate inventory following FIFO principles.

Assist with monthly and annual inventory counts.
-

Shipping & Dispatch（发货）

Prepare customer shipments.

Load and unload trucks safely.

Forklift Operation（叉车操作）

Operate a forklift safely for loading, unloading, moving, and stacking products.

Perform daily forklift inspections.

Follow WorkSafeBC safety regulations.

Report equipment issues promptly.

Inventory Control（库存管理）

Maintain accurate inventory records.

Investigate inventory discrepancies.

Update inventory transactions in the ERP/Warehouse Management System.

Assist with inventory audits.

General Duties（其他工作）

Maintain a safe and clean warehouse.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
任职要求

Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
-
Experience in shipping and receiving.
-
Forklift experience required; forklift certification is an asset.
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
-
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; ERP/WMS experience is an asset).
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
-

Working Hours & Compensation

Position: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Lunch Break: 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Starting Wage: $25.50 per hour

Salary review based on performance.
-
Overtime paid in accordance with BC Employment Standards.
