| 详情描述 We are a growing import and trading company based in Richmond, BC, currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Office Administrative & Accounting Assistant to join our team. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
Responsibilities: • Assist with daily accounting and office administrative operations • Support and maintain the daily functions of the accounting department • Review monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) statements • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties • Use QuickBooks Online (QBO) for financial data entry and reporting • Provide general office administrative support • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously • Support sales operations, including: - Issuing invoices and credit notes - Preparing sales reports - Coordinating shipment arrangements and shipping notices - Communicating with customers regarding orders and deliveries - Preparing and distributing monthly price lists • Provide ongoing customer service support, including: - Processing pre-orders - Updating mailing lists - Maintaining wait lists - Tracking customer orders • Assist warehouse operations with case marking and product label preparation
Qualifications: • Previous bookkeeping or related accounting experience preferred • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles • Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is an asset • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Willingness to support the sales team and perform general administrative duties • Good communication and customer service skills
