The Opportunity
We are hiring a Summer Co-op Student to support our finance and operations team, with a focus on bookkeeping and data analysis.
This is not a passive role. You will work directly with financial records, operational data, and real business challenges. Your work will impact how we track performance, control costs, and scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping tasks: data entry, invoice tracking, and reconciliation
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable management
- Support monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
- Organize and analyze datasets across sales, purchasing, and operations
- Build and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards
- Identify data inconsistencies and propose improvements to workflows
- Support cross-functional projects involving finance and operations
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables required; Power BI or similar tools are an asset)
- High attention to detail and accountability for accuracy
- Ability to think beyond tasks—understand what the numbers mean
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication
