| 详情描述 About the Company We are a growing Home Elevator company in North Vancouver seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, customer service, and working in a small office environment.
Key Responsibilities • Provide general office administrative support • Answer and direct phone calls professionally. • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records • Schedule appointments, work orders, and project coordination • Assist with invoicing, service reports, and basic bookkeeping
Qualifications & Skills • Fluent in English & Mandarin (required), confident in speaking and writing is a must • Cantonese would be an asset • Customer- oriented, with excellent communication and customer service skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full-time: Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
