兼職物業管理員

JOB  RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and deposit rental cheques, regular review for property expenses
• Interact tenant’s repair, question and all concerns, coordinate with Caretaker
• Knowledge of property maintenance, coordinate contactors
• Complete and serve Notices in accordance with the RTA
• Good ability keeping records and capable handling multi tasking

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• High school diploma
• Good knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act is required
• Experience with Arbitration Cases, Acting Agent on behalf of the Society
• Good skills – Word, Excel, e-mail
• Good oral and written communication skills both in English and Cantonese
• Perform work independently with minimum supervision
