Wilfred Leong Insurance Agency is a trusted brokerage commited to providing excellent customer service and personalized insurance solutions. We are currently looking for a dedicated Insurance Agent (level 1 or 2) to join our team and help manage our existing book of personal lines clients. 

Position Overview

As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for servicing and renewing existing personal lines clients while ensuring that every client receives the highest level of care and attention. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Cantonese to serve our diverse client base. 

Key Responsibilities

- Service and maintain an existing book or personal lines clients (auto, home, and other personal insurance needs).

- Process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes in a timely and accurate manner. 

- Provide professional advice to clients regarding their coverage and insurance options. 

- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service. 

- Support the office with other duties as needed. 

- Be open to learning new processes, systems, and coverages with ongoing guidance. 

Qualifications

- Level 1 or Level 2 General Insurance License in BC (required).

- Fluent in Cantonese.

- Strong knowledge of ICBC and personal lines insurance products.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

- Previous experience handling a personal lines book of business is an asset, but not required.
