温東食品廠招聘質量檢查(QA)助理

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:          Monday to Friday
Work Location:   In person

Job description:

· Create and maintain all QA Documents/records including Food Safety issues reports

· Organize and upload all QC Records

· Maintain specifications documents of products, raw ingredients and packaging.

· Arrange for the COC for important lab equipment.

· Conduct HACCP/GMP Audit (1x per year) and one SQF Audit per year

· Help QAM with document preparation for SQF and CFIA audits once per year

· Assist the QAM with creating or revisions of the SQF System.

· Assist the QAM with validation studies when required.

· Conduct GMP Training for new employees as well as refresher training.

· Prepare swabs and samples for 3rd party Microbiological testing

· Ensures employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices.

· Responsible to issue disciplinary action when directed.

Qualifications:

- Food safety experience or food science degree preferred;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skill;

- Proficient in spoken and written English;

- Bilingual (Cantonese/English) preferred;

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour (Depends on experience)
