工作概述
Amax Leather目前正在为加拿大和美国寻找一名专职的反向物流经理。工作地点最好是在不列颠哥伦比亚省的三角洲，但也会接受在安大略省沃恩、北卡罗来纳州高点、加州奇诺或加州东谷的办事处附近的优秀候选人。理想的候选人将能够履行以下职责和处理以下技能。
逆向物流的重点。
监督逆向物流业务与我们的3PL交付和仓库网络的伙伴关系
监督替换订单。
优化从客户回到Amax的逆向物流
组织仓库的退货流程，优化空间，提高效率
监督检查、处置和退货流程的执行情况
维护并生成库存报告，组织周期性盘点，以确保实物库存与系统库存数据相符，并在必要时进行调整。
建立检查程序和评估标准。对员工进行流程方面的培训。
建立有效的处置流程，将存货退回库存或进行清算。
与不同的物流团队和客户服务部门保持定期沟通，向他们通报任何未决问题的最新情况
负责维持库存水平，包括零件和重新订购匹配的零件和包装
通过确保遵守法规和公司的标准和做法，维护安全和健康的工作环境。
与Amax和3PL合作伙伴部门，如供应链，库存，运营，运输和订单处理进行有效的沟通和合作，以确保公司目标的实现。
制定和监测逆向物流的关键绩效指标。
应用最先进的逆向物流最佳实践，并不断改进操作。这包括创建、记录和部署SOP。

Reverse Logistics and Transportation Coordinator

Job Summary
Amax Leather is currently seeking a dedicated full time Reverse Logistics Manager for Canada and the United States. The location is preferred to be based at the Delta, BC office, but will entertain strong candidates near offices in Vaughan ON, High Point NC, Chino CA or East vale CA. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following responsibilities and process the following skills.

Reverse Logistics Focus:

• Oversee the partnership of reverse logistics operations with our 3PL delivery and warehouse network
• Oversee replacement orders.
• Optimize the reverse logistics from the customer back to Amax
• Organize returns processes in the warehouses to optimize space and improve efficiencies
• Oversee performance of inspection, disposition and return to stock processes
• Maintain and generate inventory reports and organize cycle counts to ensure physical inventory matches the system inventory data and adjust, if needed.
• Establish inspection processes and evaluation criteria. Train employees on the processes.
• Establish effective disposition processes to return inventory to stock or to liquidate.
• Maintain regular communication with diverse logistic teams and customer service to update them on any outstanding issues
• Responsible for maintaining the stock levels including parts and re-ordering of matched parts and packaging
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by ensuring regulatory and company standard and practices are adhered to
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with the Amax and 3PL partner departments, such as Supply Chain, Inventory, Operations, Transportation and Order Processing, to ensure company objectives are achieved
• Develop and monitor KPIs for reverse logistics.
• Apply state of the art reverse logistics best practices and continuously improve operations. This includes creating, documenting and deploying SOP’s.
• Travel between Canada warehouses of 20%.
• Inspect all returns and create labels; involves some box moving/lifting/pushing

Transportation Focus:

• Track containers, coordinate customs clearance with our customs broker
• Monitor container payments, dispatch containers to warehouses, and enter receiving inventory in our warehouses
• Develop templates to aid in decision making for supply chain processes
• Internal Auditing for Inbound & Outbound Freight Invoices
• Freight Cost Reporting, budgeting and auditing
• Support importing and exporting compliance such as duty and customs processes.

Inventory Focus

• Place purchase orders based on forecast and inventory level
• Work in collaboration with Sales, Operations, Warehouses and   Factories to analyze, plan and optimize inventory levels
• Generate diverse reports through extracting data and obtaining additional information from other sources
• Assure information is accurate and performing analytical computations necessary to process data
• Perform inventory counting
