房地产开发公司现诚招Bookkeeper一名

Landmark West Development Group is a long-established reputable real estate developer primarily based in the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia, Canada. We are seeking for a responsible and professional Bookkeeper to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded - Update accounts receivable and issue invoices

- Reconcile ledgers monthly and quarterly

- Processes balance sheets, income statements and other financial statement according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned

- Updates financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available when needed

- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

- Prepare CRA returns and remittance and supporting documentation

- Assist in completing audits

Qualifications:

- Proven 1-3 years relevant work experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting preferred

- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and various accounting software programs

- Effective organizational skills with high attention to detail

- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

- Ability to communicate and write in Chinese is an asset
