咖啡店坐落在耶鲁镇中心地段，附近餐厅林立，交通方便。无论是举办生日趴，聚会，作摄影场地等等，店里的空间都足以容纳（约2000 sqft）。另外，我们有专业的咖啡机及冷热饮制作工具提供使用。

租赁费：$250/小时（4小时起租） 或 $4000 一整天

Our cafe is located in the central area of Yaletown. It is a good space for anyone who is interested in booking the space for private function and event, such as birthday party, workshop, team offsite, photo shoots etc.

The address is: 1002 Mainland Street, Vancouver, BC
The rates are as follow: $250/Hr with 4 hours minimum, or $4000 for the entire day.

We offer:
- a large seating area about 2000 sqft
- a full espresso machine and a blender for making complete hot and cold beverages. 
- a large prep area in the kitchen for making non-greasy food items. If required, we can also have catering service provided. 

The client can apply for those one-time event liquor license from the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch. We do require a liquor license when alcohol is being served.
