1. The thing(invoice) was paid by the office a long time ago. But their reasoning is clear.

They can't pay for any damages/expenses that were made by a tenant.

For example a broken window glass by a tenant. 

Or a heat detector removal.

2. The notice sent. Is an actusl invoice, paid already by Boffo.

But the offie is seeking for a refund.

U may check with the Royal Ciry fire regarding the validity of the invoice.

3. Perhaps u were cooking something and the "smoke detector" started beeping.

And u assumed it was the "heat detector"

 They are 2 different devices that are on the ceiling.

4. Somehow the 2 screws. And 1 wire disconnected, caused the whole building alarm to start ringing. 

The reason the Royal city fire was called in.

And they're not coming for free...

5. We do have nothing against you however if the office asks us, we forward the request and we explain the situation to you and to the office.

The Alarm matter from 2023 is overdue.

1. The Alarm things happened In 2023,and I asked Roman twice and provided my email address, but he didn't send to me 。I didn't receive a chargeable notice. This indicates it was a trick 。 Time passed 3 years now，and this thing is overdue。

2. The notice sent in 2026 is a hoax.

3. The whole thing is a distortion of the facts. I heard the alarm ring for five minutes before touching the alarm in my room. The alarm ringing was a false alarm from your machine and had nothing to do with me.

4. I only removed two screws, which did not affect the alarm's operation at all. Don't try to renege on your promise。So I don‘t want pay one cent。
