烧鹅大王是温哥华知名烧腊连锁品牌，丽晶分店位于本拿比核心商圈，生意稳定，团队融洽。现因业务扩展，诚聘生产部主管一名。
BBQ King is a well-established BBQ & roasted meat chain in Vancouver. Our Crystal Mall branch, located in the heart of Burnaby, is now hiring a Production Supervisor to join our growing team.
【岗位职责 / Responsibilities】
• 每日早上8点回店备货，检查原材料及半成品库存
• 营业期间根据实时销售情况，灵活安排烧腊产品生产节奏
• 定期从中央工厂领取产品并安全运送回分店（公司提供货Van）
• 协助库存监控，及时反馈补货需求
• 配合店面运营，支持团队工作衔接
• Report to the branch at 8:00 AM daily to prepare inventory and check raw materials and semi-finished goods
• Adjust production pace in real-time based on sales during business hours
• Collect and transport products from our central kitchen to the branch (company van provided)
• Assist with inventory monitoring and replenishment reporting
• Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations
【任职要求 / Requirements】
中文 English
持有效驾照，能熟练驾驶货Van Valid driver's license with experience driving cargo vans
体力良好，能独立搬动50磅货物 Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs independently
集体意识强，服从工作安排 Strong team spirit; follows instructions and takes ownership
语言无要求，粤语/国语/英语均可 No language requirements (Cantonese/Mandarin/English all welcome)
有餐饮/食品生产经验者优先 Food production or restaurant experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate
【薪资待遇 / Compensation & Benefits】
中文 English
月薪 $5,000 – $8,000，视经验与能力面议 Monthly salary $5,000 – $8,000 CAD, commensurate with experience
每周固定休息一天 One fixed day off per week
政府规定全职福利：有薪年假、员工保险（EI/CPP）、法定假期等 Full government-mandated benefits including paid vacation, EI/CPP, and statutory holidays
