我们的一位女性长辈（有轻微记忆力问题）独自居住在一套宽敞、简约且舒适的两居室公寓内；我们正在寻找一位女性租户（最好是已退休或半退休人士，且须通过无犯罪记录背景调查）入住其中的独立卧室。我们可提供住房补贴（即优惠租金），作为交换，租户需担任这位行动自如的长辈的兼职伴侣，和/或每周约2至3次陪同她前往各类预约活动（如就医等）。

We are the son and daughter in law of a Senior Woman (with some memory issues) living alone, and looking for a female (semi) retired person/ tenant (must be able to pass criminal background check) to have own private room within a spacious, simple and nice 2 bedroom apartment. We are able to provide subsidized housing in exchange to be a part time companion to an independently mobile senior (woman) and/or to bring to appointments about 2 to 3 times per week.
