| 详情描述 Summary of Responsibilities: 1. Customer service – handling calls, tickets, following up on online orders and customers. 2. FBA orders - Analyzing sales data from report generated to rive final decision making for which SKU#s to send to FBA, coordinate with warehouse for packing + shipping team to arrange shipment. 3. Purchasing - Communicate order through to vendor for production. Lastly, coordinate payment for incoming shipments via ocean. 4. Daily back - orders processing – confirming with warehouse to update stock + communicating with customers 5. Other responsibilities / projects as required - such as Youtuber outreach to get installation videos for new product listings.
