Sales Associate

BENATRA is hiring Sales Associates who are looking to work with us long-term in a stable and supportive environment.

Positions Available:

Part-time: 1 positions

Location:

Aberdeen Center

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience

Cash handling experience required

Intermediate to advanced English communication skills

Proficient in MS Office

Fashion design–related background preferred

Availability to work weekdays and weekends is required

Key Responsibilities:

Customer service and sales support

Store operations (inventory management and visual merchandising aligned with the store concept)

Product delivery and inbound/outbound inventory management

Ability to work efficiently under time pressure

Strong understanding of fashion and current trends

Preferred Attributes:

Strong service mindset and positive work attitude

Goal-oriented and energetic personality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability

Social media content posting and marketing support

Visual merchandising and product photography skills

We are looking for team members who are adaptable and able to assist across multiple areas.

Compensation:

Starting wage: $20/hour

For candidates with 5+ years of fashion retail store management experience, salary is negotiable
