M2 Distribution Ltd. is a proud car culture innovator and leading player in the aftermarket auto parts industry in North American via multi e-Commerce platforms and wholesale channels. We are based in BC, Canada with warehouses in California, USA.

We are seeking a full time customer service representatives to join our fast growing company. Qualified candidates must be skilled in use of basic computer applications. Must be detail-oriented and a team player.

Job responsibilities include:

- Handle customers’ inquiries and resolve issues through appointed platforms
- Monitor service performance regularly and handle feedbacks on the appointed platforms
- Process/revise orders when needed
- Contact different vendors to resolve customers’ issues
- Work with different teams with collected cases for product quality improvement and listing updates

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M. 5:30 P.M.

Full 100% dental and health insurance coverage will be provided after 3 month probation. Training and peer assistance will be included during the probation.

Requirements:

-Must complete post-secondary education.

-Fluent in English both writing and speaking. Mandarin is an asset.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel).

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

-Auto parts knowledge is a great asset.

-40+ wpm typing speed preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting annual salary: $45,000.00, with potential for career growth into other positions within the company.
